“Where we teach child how to think not what to think
Two of the questions we ask of all potential employees here at Village Meadows are:
“What does it mean to meet the needs of the Whole Child ?”
“Why are you worthy of the children at Village Meadows?”
We then hope to hear that the candidate cares enough to notice if a child is hungry, clean, healthy, in clean clothes, sad or happy as well as meeting their academic, social and educational needs. With regards to why are they worthy we want them to show us they love children and value the opportunity to serve your child in meeting your child’s educational needs.
I don’t like problems I only like solutions. So, if we ever fall short of meeting the needs of your child, we hope that you will communicate that to us and we will try to remedy that. From my perspective and really by district policy, I will ask that if you have a problem, you first go to the person that has direct responsibility to solve the problem. If you do not get satisfaction, please then come and see me. If I am in my office, I will see you anytime the door isn’t closed. I have an open door policy and see you as the people we serve.
